RHA Behavioral Health is looking for motivated, detail oriented operations leaders with the ability to multitask to join our team as an Administrative Supervisor. In this dynamic role you supervise all administrative, accounting, certain service user related, and purchasing functions and ensure they are handled in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities


As an Administrative Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the Regional Business Manager and Director in the analysis of the unit’s financial performance, through the development, processing, and analysis of performance reports, the preparation of the budget and ensuing analysis of monthly financial reports


  • Assists with services authorizations
  • Coordinates financial data and reporting
  • Supervises administrative operations
  • Supervises and trains personnel involved in accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, human resources, services authorizations


Successful candidates of the Administrative Supervisor role are able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast paced business office while ensuring operational goals and objectives are met efficiently and effectively.


Additional requirements of the Administrative Supervisor role include:


  • Accounting experience, preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or related field, preferred
  • Valid Driver’s license and automotive insurance
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
