Admin Assistant, Government Relations

Reporting to the President and CEO, The Administrative Assistant, Government Relations duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to help ensure the efficient operation of the government relations team. Supports Vice Presidents through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The Government Relations Administrative Assistant is responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material and is familiar with various Government Relations concepts, practices, and procedures. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email, ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and on time. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals; a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
