Accounts Payable Analyst Jobs

Compass Datacenters is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Analyst. The individual in this role will have the opportunity to to develop into a well-rounded accounting professional. This role can be located in Dallas, TX or Toronto, ON.
As An A/P Analyst, You Will Be Responsible For

• Aiding in external financial audits, including providing sample request
• Contributing to process documentation and creation of internal control and accounting policies as the Company continues to grow
• Supporting the Accounts Payable cycle execution for the North America entities to create POs and vendor credits, entering bills, setting up new vendors, handling vendor issues and review aged AP
• Special projects and ad-hoc analysis.
• Managing payment process for all North American entities to set up weekly payments files, send payment notices
• Assisting with month end close by creating intercompany journal entries, preparing sales tax filings, reconciling month-end balances and other related assignments
• Collaborating with Treasury Lead with travel and personnel expenses reporting management, including corporate credit cards reconciliations
• Continuous improvement in the Accounts Payable process

• A highly motivated, results-driven professional who can simultaneously manage multiple deliverables.
• Detailed orientation with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• NetSuite experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Qualification

• Fluent Spoken and written skills in English is required. Other languages could be a benefit.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• No significant working experience is required
