Account Manager (Digital Agency)

Smart, Savvy + Associates has partnered with our client, a digital communications agency specializing in behavioural change marketing, in their search for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will help to manage existing accounts, be highly motivated, self-directed, and have superior attention to detail.

About The Role

• Independently manage projects from inception to final delivery.
• Work with agency partners in the creation of campaign results and reporting to clients.
• Prepare briefings, processes, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop and execute a wide range of marketing communications strategies including mass-market multimedia advertising, website development, social media marketing, brand activation, and more.
• Provide sound strategic and tactical input to team members, agency partners and clients.

About You

• Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
• Experience working with clients from government, non-profit, charitable, or relevant community organizations.
• Driven self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• 3+ years’ agency or client-side experience.
