Title: Manager of Digital Engagement, Communications
Location: Hybrid, Toronto
Contract: 6 month contract with potential extension
Your New Company
A leading Global bank is looking to hire a Digital Engagement and Communications Manager for a 6 month contract in Toronto.
Your New role
Setting Digital Marketing standards and driving best practice at a Global level across all Business Lines Analyzing and understanding existing customer insights and research, and evaluation of how the channel experience can be best tailored to design future customer experience visions for assigned channels. Defining the user experience (UX) and customer journeys for large global programs. Planning, managing, and providing clear direction to drive direct customer experience improvements and the overall vision related to specific channels, propositions and programs. Management and delivery of key projects forming the strategy, vision, and direction for the Digital channel into the various Global Business Lines, as well as providing advice and consultation to meet stakeholders needs in line with this Digital strategy. Ensuring all projects have the customer at the heart of all business requirements and the way in which they are delivered. Holders of this role are expected to demonstrate a good understanding of key trends and areas of innovation which influence the way we interact and engage with our external customers, internal stakeholders, and audiences. These should include digital marketing, new technology, Marketing Automation, Customer Relationship Management, Agile working practices, data, and analytical tools and how this helps HSBC to be more customer centric.
What you need to have
5+ years’ experience in Marketing & Communications, designing and implementing marketing communication strategies. Background in Marketing Campaign Development & Execution o Including Retention, Loyalty o Via various channels – E-mail, Website, Banners, Online Banking, In-App, Branch/ATM screens, Organic social media. Project Management experience (i.e., manage the life cycle of a campaign, use Jira/Confluence for tracking). Data Analysis & Insights o Make decisions on what and who to communicate to based on customer data and behaviour, problem statement and objectives. Excellent Communication Skills. Communicating with stakeholders at various levels. Experience working with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) team to define and set target customer groups.
