Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting preferred.

2-3 years of financial reporting experience; pursuing CPA designation or equivalent.

Experience in mortgage servicing and portfolio analysis a benefit but not required

Assist in weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and analysis for management and clients directly

Assist in management of day-to-day tracking systems from underwriting tools to mortgage facilitation

Overhaul of older data integration and report generation into newer mortgage management systems

Strong Microsoft Excel and google suite skills

Self-starter who has a drive for knowledge

Assist in coordinating with banks to open bank accounts and manage related administrative tasks.

Previous experience in Real Estate Development is preferred but not required.

Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suites, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Compliance IT Business Analyst- Finance

Strong project management and leadership skills.

Complete counterparty financial statement analysis and assessments which includes: researching, gathering / reviewing information, and recommending/approving counterparty exposure limits

-Solid finance experience with the ability to relate to procedures and processes
