Worker Compensation Case Manager Jobs

Develops appropriate plan and implements interventions based on assessed needs

Appropriately monitors the effectiveness of the plan and documents interventions and follow-up

The associate provides exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.

Working within a team environment, this role will have the following responsibilities

Design new programs along with all required supporting materials – presentations, business cases (costs/savings), implementation plans, system requirements and communications

Minimum of 8 years related Compensation experience within a large organization or a consulting organization

Advanced knowledge of HR and Compensation theory, principles and practices, with exposure to sales compensation a definite asset

Applied knowledge of statistical methods (i.e. measures of central tendency, regression analysis, forecasting & modeling)

Proficiency with MS Office, and expert knowledge of Excel

8-10 years of experience in compensation, ideally in a multinational environment.

Post-secondary degree in a related field. (e.g., finance, HR)

Experience with WorkDay, Microsoft Excel and other Office software.

Responsible for ensuring compensation programs are running smoothly for the GEC.

Partner with P&C Business Partners to proactively support their business groups with compensation queries, processes, and ensuring competitive market positioning.

Work with teams & leadership across lululemon to design and implement a compensation program that is innovative and cutting edge.

· Coordinating case management activities including developing, implementing and monitoring return to work and rehabilitation strategies

· Paralegal license would be an asset, but is not a requirement

· Meeting with clients to review internal workplace injury issues

· Liaising with the provincial Workers’ Compensation Boards

· Interpreting provincial workers’ compensation legislation, policies and procedures

· Filing reports of injury, identifying appeal issues, drafting letters of objection

Demonstrating Comprehensive knowledge of Immigration Programs and procedures in Canada.

Meeting with potential clients to understand their requirements, current situation, and other information as needed.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in immigration

Strong written and verbal skills

Coordinates the application process from inception to end.

Professional writing such as cover letters, submissions, and storylines of customer scenarios ·

Knowledge of all federal, state, and local regulations and compliance requirements related to employee compensation.

Base salary range $140,000 - $150,000 or CAD 190,000 to 200,000

Responsible for planning and execution of partner compensation in partnership with other stakeholders.

Drive the partners' and executive leadership's year-end compensation process, communications, and reporting.

Project management qualification and/or proven track record

Create and lead the management and customization of our compensation programs, including our compensation management systems and tools

Assist in the development and management of bonus plan documentation and timely roll-out

5+ years of proven experience with Compensation, Reporting and Analytics, with specific relation to Human Resources

Proven compensation modelling experience across US and Canada markets, and Retail is a must.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – a curiosity to solve business problems with data-driven analytics

Ability to work in an outreach case management modality.

Travel is a requirement of this position and transportation arrangements must meet the operational requirements of the Vancouver Island Health Authority.

Clinical understanding of addictions diagnosis and treatment when such addictions co-occur with other serious psychiatric disorders.

Ability to integrate and apply COTBC Standards for Occupational Therapy Practice in the context of community mental health and addictions practice.

Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Ability to organize work effectively, establish and carry out priorities to meet critical deadlines.

Additional experience in occupational injury management elsewhere in Canada is an asset

Ensure the overall management of complex occupational injury cases for clients in a matrix team environment;

Completed post-secondary education in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Law or a related field is required

You have excellent communication skills; including professional bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken and written)

You are well-organized, and able to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment

You have proven problem solving skills and a demonstrated ability to be solutions-oriented

Ability to work in an outreach case management modality.

Clinical understanding of affective disorders, schizophrenia and other serious psychiatric disorders and their treatment, using a comprehensive biopsychosocial model of care.

Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Ability to organize work effectively, establish and carry out priorities to meet critical deadlines.

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Possession of a valid Driver's License.
