Experience or background in FinTechs or other financial related product fields.

Expertise in typography, composition, colour, layout, design thinking, and content strategy with the ability to define, build, and differentiate brands

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

Running discovery phases and helping define product requirements

What you'll be doing in this role as Digital Designer:

- Designing smart & optimized digital assets

- Presenting creative vision to the Art Directors, communicating project updates, and incorporating internal feedback.

- Collaborating with a creative team of Designers.

Manages time to fulfills all incoming retail requests and production tasks according to urgency

Adapt existing external partner's brand guides and applying it to your work

Preparing and retouching creative material for production

Design a variety of digital media advertisements for our retail and brand partners across multiple platforms

Pay close attention to detail to ensure revisions and files are reviewed for consistency, quality, accuracy and brand adherence.

An online portfolio that demonstrates strong aesthetics and design principles in layout design (must provide during application)

5+ years experience at agency/in-house, concepting and art directing ideas for brand and product advertising

Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and PLG teams to prioritize features and improvements, and facilitate design discussions

Create visual content including video and illustrations to support our customers through the onboarding journey

Work with product and engineering to implement innovative and experimental concepts.

Support the launch of campaigns and tutorials within the product

Share work early and often and seek out constructive feedback from peers, product teams, and other stakeholders

Significant hands-on experience with Figma.

Have experience with running experiments
