Visual Designer/ Ux Designer

One of our clients is looking for 3 X Visual designer and 3 XUX Designers for 6 months contract with a possibility of extension. Ideal candidate should be in Toronto or Ottawa and should have secret clearance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create visual specifications intended for development teams.
• Review and incorporate stakeholder feedback on the designs.
• Understand current design system used and implement system on net new designs.
• Frame and rationalize design solutions, both verbally and visually
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented.
• Intake assets, findings, current state wireframes to inform visual designs
• Review designs with key project stakeholders and refine based on feedback.
• Collaborate effectively with remote and onsite team members, including but not limited to designers, researchers, project/product managers, QA, developers, and technical architects.
• Generate high fidelity designs for desktop screens based on an established design system.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, User Experience or related field
• Proficient in producing development ready designs using Figma
• 3 or more years of experience in digital design
