About the Role:

As a Senior UX Writer, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with design teams to develop clear and effective messaging that aligns with the overall user experience strategy. You will work closely with clients to understand their business goals and translate them into compelling copy that drives user engagement and achieves project objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and testing to refine and optimize content for improved user experiences.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior UX writers, fostering their growth within the team.
• Work with clients to understand their business goals and translate them into compelling copy that drives user engagement and achieves project objectives.
• Collaborate closely with design teams to develop clear and effective messaging that aligns with the overall user experience strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX writing and design, sharing insights to enhance our services.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and cross-functional collaborations to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
• Create and maintain content style guides to ensure consistent messaging and tone across platforms and projects.

Ideal Candidate Traits:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing UX writing and content strategy work with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
• 4+ years of experience as a UX Writer or in a similar role, preferably in an agency or fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while being open to feedback and collaboration.
• Knowledge of the web3 space is a plus.
• Strong appreciation for design and a solid understanding of UX principles.
