Rivalry has been pushing the boundaries of online gambling entertainment, and we've been crushing it. We're looking beyond the sportsbooks, poker tables, and slot machines to create truly unique (and sometimes bizarre) experiences that appeal to esports fans and core gamers alike.

As a designer, you will be an integral part of our Product team, helping to build thoughtful and entertaining user experiences. You will get to apply your craft to a wide variety of products across the web and mobile platforms, including our esports and sports betting products, our super unique Casino.exe product, and original Rivalry games.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Is super organized and cares deeply for best practices.
• Has 4+ Years of experience (minimum) as a UX design, UI design, Product Design or whatever the kids are calling it these days.
• Has a strong understanding of UX principles, UI design, information architecture and visual communication.
• Is naturally creative, artistic and yearns to inject fun and surprise into their designs.
• Has a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Game Design, UX Design or similar field.
• Has a passion for games and entertainment.
• Has an extreme attention to detail, and isn't happy until their design is pixel perfect.

Skills To Bring The Thrills

• UI motion and animation.
• Provide hands-on guidance and feedback to our dev team as they implement your designs (don't need to be able to code).
• Create wireframes, prototypes and interactive mockups.
• Communicate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and quick animations.
• Put together functional dev specs to help guide the development team in execution of your designs.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

Bonus Points

• Game design or game UI design experience
• Experience working with design systems
• UX Research experience
