Own all aspects of financial planning, budget management, and financial reporting

Develop and execute on team-wide performance management, growth and promotion programs.

Proven experience (10+ years) in IT operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL), and industry best practices.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

Vendor Management experience an asset.

Establish and maintain IT service management processes and frameworks, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality IT services to internal stakeholders.

Monitor and optimize IT service performance, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Minimum of 8 years of prior work experience, ideally in financial management consulting and/or corporate finance role

Experience in change management and business process mapping in support or in conjunction with a major software implementation is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, or Business preferred or relevant professional experience

Contribute to practice development through thought leadership, training development, internal intellectual property development, and management of internal practice processes

Lead client engagements, serving as project lead and functional expert for our clients

Preparation/ review of MIS, budget vs actual, monthly and annual financial statements for investors and management.

Develop long term budgetary planning and costs management in alignment with the organizations strategic plan

Formulation of Annual operation Budget and Capex Budget and presentation to the management.

Responsible for overall accounting function

Establishing and executing internal control over accounting and financial reporting

Minimum 3+ years progressive financial management experience

Train and supervise the Accounts Department staff and raise awareness of financial management matters and meeting the organization’s financial objectives

Oversee, manage and exceed year-end audits and periodic client audits

Ensure financial compliance with all federal and provincial legislation, including regulatory year-end reporting requirement

Ensure all company vendors/liabilities are paid on time and internal controls are in place to ensure valid payments

Manage cash flow and ensure adequate cash flow to meet organization’s needs

Oversee the management of cash flow, capital expenditures, and financing activities to ensure the financial health and stability of the company.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Lead and manage all financial and accounting functions including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.

Lead and manage the annual budgeting process and monthly financial forecasting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.

10 + years of directly related Senior Management Manufacturing experience,

Superior analytical, problem-solving, team building, strategic planning and change management skills,

Proven track record of managing/implementing continuous improvement projects, manufacturing capacity management, process efficiency improvement, product cost

Manages organization operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives, and policies,

Education and enhancing process performance/output in response to operational objectives, budget parameters and customer demands,

Practical knowledge and demonstrated implementation of lean manufacturing concepts,

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or equivalent, preference given to those with Masters degrees

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Demonstrated knowledge of accepted accounting rules, practices, tax laws, and reporting requirements

Implement financial activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting, payroll, group benefits, financial planning, and reporting

Work with the CEO to regularly report to the Board Finance & Audit Committee

Ensure the organization’s electronic medical record meets care purposes and manage vendor relations

Manage fund treasury, including capital calls and distributions and assist in long-term cash management.

A CPA, with preferably, past public accounting experience, with IFRS and/or US GAAP reporting knowledge.

Manage the preparation of quarterly, and annual investor reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all financial information.

Liaise with deal professionals to ensure they meet investment treasury requirements.

Detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills. Able to focus on the objectives of the firm.

Experience overseeing a third-party administrator would be an asset.
