Manages day to day calendar(s) of senior management

Directly supports a C16 level manager and generally supports an entire department

Coordinates all aspects of executive level manager appointments, meetings, receptions and conference calls

Previous office administration experience preferably within a large and complex financial services or similar organization

Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

Basic knowledge of credit, credit metrics, credit structuring and the capability to work through Loan Agreements and other legal documents

Strong skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and the ability to source data/research

Professional oral and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail in both written and financial work

Ability to perform well under pressure, meet time sensitive deadlines, prioritize work and multi-task responsibilities while working on multiple projects

Strong working knowledge of the current and prospective media environments in which the Bank operates.

Communicate the Corporate Function strategies (and ongoing execution) to employees and key partner groups;

Assisting management on other ad hoc projects

Experience with financial modeling, business valuation, and capital raising

Assist with the management of relationship profitability, including capital allocation.

MBA, undergraduate degree related to commerce, finance or accounting, or a non-business/commerce degree combined with a CFA and/or CPA designation.

Excellent credit and risk analysis skills

Extensive knowledge of financial analysis techniques

Experience with direct contact with internal and external clients.
