5+ years working within the wealth management industry, preferably at an CIRO registered firm;

This role is offered as a hybrid-remote role with flexibility on location within Canada.

Has a proven ability to take initiative and will possess exceptional communication & presentation skills;

Developing and assessing the company’s key strategic priorities to recruit Investment Advisors;

6-8 years of prior work experience in investment banking, corporate banking, corporate finance, transaction services, asset management, or consulting

Strong Financial Accounting and Corporate Finance skillset

Corporate Finance data gathering on individual clients or industrial sectors

Strong written and verbal presentation skills

Ability to write succinctly and convincingly (effective communication skills)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (personality fit is very important)

Three+ years of law firm or in-house experience

Oral and written communication skills

General knowledge of financial services industry and industry practices

Women in Governance – Parity certified - Gold certification

2-5 years work experience in a related field, including corporate lending, finance and/or risk management.

Advanced financial modeling abilities, as well as superior written and presentation skills

1-2 years of relevant work experience in corporate lending / corporate finance would be an asset but is not required

Please note: This role can be at an Analyst or an Associate level, depending on the incumbent's background and skillset.****

Highly motivated self-starter with keen attention to detail and strong interest in corporate finance and credit

Knowledge of Bloomberg Portal would be an asset

Proven people management, relationship building and leadership skills

Manage engagement planning and scheduling as well as project financials (budgets, WIP, timely billing, collection, variance recognition)

5 to 6 years of professional services experience

Extensive experience in financial analysis and modeling

Experience in business and practice development

Identify competitive issues and performance indicators on both a macro and micro level specific to the target market
