Experience in configuration and administration of Linux-based servers is a plus

Preferred understanding / knowledge of DOCSIS, DVB/ATSC, CMTS configuration and troubleshooting is a plus

Communicate with marketing, engineering, and sales team about client expectations

Manage capacity and deliverables of a high-performing team, ensuring quality work and accountability to meet timelines

Motivate, engage, coach and performance manage the communications team, including a copywriter, social media coordinator and translation team

7+ years of experience in writing, developing and implementing corporate communication strategies, plans and deliverables

Partners with peer Talent Acquisition Managers and Account Managers to ensure process consistency and drive TA collaboration/knowledge share

Serves as the POC for hiring managers within assigned BU (no internal direct reports): partners with TA Operations as appropriate

Manages oversight of RPO program health, and relationship with assigned BUs

Stand as the TA SME for hiring managers and HRBPs within assigned BUs as well as RPO partners

Main client interactions are Hiring Managers and Directors within the business

Experience in the use of project management, collaboration management, communication, and dashboard/reporting tools

Formal Project Management training and/or PMP certification

Drive, coordinate, and support the goals of projects using project management best practices and tools.

Direct experience in a similar Program/Project Manager role in a biopharma company, supporting R&D programs and their cross-functional teams.

Strives for continuous improvement; assesses one’s strengths and areas for development, and pursues opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills

Minimum 6 years of equivalent experience

Experience managing vendors; knowledge of vendor (risk) management framework

Previous experience working as vendor manager, business analyst or project manager
