Sr Vendor Integration Manager Jobs in Quebec

Proven experience in vendor management or supplier relationship management within the language services industry.

Familiarity with industry-specific certifications, qualifications, and compliance requirements.

Conduct comprehensive vendor assessments to ensure compliance with industry-specific certifications, qualifications, and ethical standards.

Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and cost-saving initiatives related to vendor management.

Develop and implement vendor training programs or workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of language professionals.

Manage escalation project issues and vendor performance to ensure adherence to project requirements and client expectations.

Experience with Agile methodology and project management tools (e.g. JIRA)

Must possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical integration concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner

Experience working with RESTful APIs to build user interfaces and understanding best practices is essential

Familiarity or experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM/Adobe Target) would be an added advantage

Experience in developing user journeys for the online gaming industry would be advantageous

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges

A high-performing product manager with proven experience designing and building operational products / processes

A skilled storyteller, able to articulate and sell a vision or write a clear and compelling business case

An organizational influencer, with experience leading data-driven roadmap development

A student of technology, with a BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience

Experience in hospitality or travel tech

Experience with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) or Global Distribution Systems (GDSes)

Fantastic program / project management skills

Streamline our client management processes

3 plus years of client delivery management

Manage client contracts and ensure that all deliverables are completed

Strong customer interaction skills including phone, in-person, presentation and writing skill

Ability to manage the quality of other people’s work output
