Reporting to the General Manager – Western Canada, we are currently looking for a

Inventory management experience / knowledge.

Proficient in ERP system, ability to extract data from the system to create management reports.

Develop training plans and materials, update skill matrix, coordinate with other departments on scheduling and supporting of staff development.

With the support of production clerk, responsible for all work orders closings, raw material reconciliations and inventory adjustments.

Other duties or projects as assigned by Production Manager/Plant Manager.

Project archiving management and wrap at the conclusion of projects

Software license management across web services, software applications, subscription services

Department research and development budget management

Manage post-production status meetings and ensure the status report is kept up-to-date

Manage and schedule freelance vendor relationships and bookings, as well as identifying freelance partners

Communicate with and manage expectations of clients in conjunction with Executive Producer

Provide direct administrative and office management support to members of the executive team, as directed

Maintain work schedules and calendars of executive management, particularly the COPO and CSIO

Prepare travel schedules, book travel arrangements, and make reservations for senior management and executive staff

Facilitate communication from department managers, business unit leaders, and project managers

Specific Key Responsibilities & Duties

· Administer and manage inbound/outbound mail, including priority post, packages, courier services, and other correspondence.

Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules

Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to senior managers

10+ years of oil and gas experience

Establish daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees

Guide and coach employees, monitoring their productivity

Oversee safe use of the equipment and schedule regular maintenance

Knowledge of and experience with compliance requirements of cannabis production and processes;

Supporting the Production Manager with the day-to-day organization and management of the Processing workforce;

Supporting the oversight and management of all elements of the Processing team’s production activities, which may include:

Degree in Production/Operations Management or related field;

Self-management of hours with a focus on efficient completion of tasks;

Acting as the person responsible for Tantalus production when the Production Manager is unavailable or offsite;
