We’re seeking a dynamic Production Supervisor to join our Amazing Team!

About the Role:
In your position as a Production Supervisor, you will be at the heart of our operations, leading and collaborating with our production team members. Your expertise will drive us forward, while your leadership will inspire your team.
Primary Duties:
1. Provide leadership to ensure that the team remains aligned to the specific short-term goals and objectives set and meets daily/weekly/monthly targets as identified.
2. Ensure the operations team are following all health and safety policies/procedures in the site; support and resource all health and safety activities including meetings, investigations, audits, etc.
3. Ensure strict adherence to aviation standards and regulations as set out in the Tempest Aviation MCM and MPM.
4. Provide domestic and international support for shipments of aircraft and parts.
5. Ensure employees have all required initial and recurrent training as directed by the organization.
6. Provide daily and weekly updates on work progress to plan / mitigation plans.
7. Maintains awareness of employee ‘pulse’, ensure culture is in line with organizational direction, report issues as required.
8. Provide recommendations to improve process(es) and performance in the operation.
Requirements:
- Valid M1 or M2 Transport Canada Maintenance License.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Helicopter Industry.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of component records.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills are essential.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word.
