They have an excellent reputation within the area for their amazingly high staff retention rate. They have exciting expansion plans in place for the remainder of this year and beyond. As a result, they are looking for a Production Supervisor to join their expert team.

In this role you will be responsible for operator supervision, training and their compliance. You will also ensure high quality production of their products and you will manage and schedule your teams works.

This role would ideally suit a Production Supervisor from a food manufacturing background, who is looking to join a company that will look after you, whilst working in a technically interesting role.
