2+ years of experience in a post–secondary environment (or coursework in adult education).

Computer skills and online teaching experience preferred.

Demonstrate effective human relations skills.

Manage student progress and provide resources to enhance student learning.

5+ years clinical experience in recreation therapy.

Current professional member of ATRA (CTRS certification is an asset).

Exceptional knowledge of scientific selling and recent launch experience with highly scientific products or biologic products in immunology/ dermatology space

Minimum of 5 years successful biotech/specialty pharmaceutical sales experience

Experience working effectively in cross functional and in-field teams, as well as with multiple internal/external stakeholders

Demonstrated negotiation skills and elite sales performance

Superb oral and written communication skills

Experience with Patient support programs (PSPs), Pharmacy, Market Access and other non-sales functions will be strong assets

Experience working directly with scientific customers Extensive working experience in molecular biology and bioinformatic databases.

PhD or MSc +3 years of relevant bench experience in life sciences (e.g. Inflammation, Immunology, or Infectious Diseases)

Experience with providing mentorship and feedback through onboarding and peer review of other team members.

Participate in the onboarding of new CT Scientists and share feedback and expertise with peers to support learning and improvement.

Support improvements of UI/UX and data accuracy of the BenchSci platform.

Provides proactive and strategic input to cross-functional affiliate teams and affiliate management team (AMT) as requested

Knowledge of health care environment, patient needs, market access, and reimbursement issues. Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills.

Maintains and builds a medical affairs organization including infield medical aligned with affiliate requirements

Proven leadership skills in a cross-functional environment. Track record of producing results in a matrix setting on time and in budget.

Has a diverse array of influencing skills with high emotional intelligence and interpersonal savvy.
