Post-secondary education in facilities/property management preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

In collaboration with next level management, defines personal skill/competency gap and creates/implements personal/career development plans.

3 - 5 years recent/related work experience in property, project, and/or facilities management.

Liaises with inventory/stores personnel to ensure a streamlined/efficient approach to work order parts/materials management.

In collaboration with Operations Manages, identifies/makes recommendations to improve facilities management service delivery.

Strong customer service orientation/skills; commercial experience an asset.

Minimum 5 years commercial property management experience or equivalent in a large mixed use complex environment

Exceptional relationship building and managements skills

Assist with management of day-to-day operations in the complex specific to housekeeping inspections, exterior and interior plant maintenance and building signage.

Post-Secondary Education or similar work experience required

Meet with individual tenants regularly to review building features, procedures, and tenant service requirements and record all key account meetings.

Manage the tenant hand off policy and move out policy and ensure that all procedures are being followed.

Manage multiple responsibilities and excel in a fast-paced environment

Have experience providing a high level of customer service

Investigate and profile occupiers of commercial property through phone interviews with tenants, owners and real estate professionals

Researching and verifying ownership, sale and leasing data from HM Land Registry to add further value to the CoStar property database

Download and review lease documents, extracting key data points to provide a detailed overview of a property’s leasing situation

Conduct web research to create comprehensive profiles on commercial tenants and business decision makers

Minimum 3-5 years commercial property management experience or equivalent in a large mixed use complex environment

Assist with the management of the lease administration process, ensuring all property specific deals are entered on a timely basis

Assist with monthly budget management for accounts specific to Tenant Services activities

Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Assistant Property Manager and the Property Manager

University education preferred, or similar work experience required

Ensure tenant recycling bins, signage and education is properly distributed to improve waste diversion from landfill

Excellent written communication skills for effective collaboration with property management teams and tenants.

Collaborate with property management teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date building information on the app.

Support property management teams in establishing partnerships with local retailers to showcase their services on the app.

Represent the app at onsite adoption events, providing support to the property management team.

Engage with property management teams to onboard retail tenants as app vendors and facilitate the creation of attractive promotions.

Incorporate property management forms into the app for easy accessibility and submission.

1-3 years previous relevant experience; retail construction management and mixed-use property experience an asset

Experience in construction drawing reading, building codes, municipal requirements, and fire code regulations

Support the Tenant Experience team

Experience with budgeting and financial controls

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization

Proven negotiator and effective persuader with exceptional problem solving skills

Assist in the development and capture all tenant interactions into the customer relationship management platform.

Provide administrative support to the property management team

Lead property management tenant engagement events

Create a best in class experience for tenants and customers.

Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Excel

Excellent communication and problem solving skills
