* Experience using Maximo Asset Management Software (highly preferred)

* Experience interpreting and analyzing engineered drawings

Complete Monthly Reports for the department used in the Renewal and Financial Process including reports supporting other Underwriting regions.

Address internal queries via email in a timely and effective manner.

- Other data entry experience obtained in the financial services industry will be considered

- Data entry of all treaty and facultative renewals and new business

- Knowledge of insurance/reinsurance, including the basic types of primary policies, treaty types and formats

- Advanced Excel knowledge and general ease working with other software as required

- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with others in a small team

- Very good written and verbal communication skills

All other duties that maybe assigned by Manager and or underwriters

Enter policy data into various Starr platforms – Salesforce, Camillion, Lynx, Risk Decisioner, Ice, etc.

Preparing policy wordings and endorsements as required

Obtain renewal information from brokers, prepare file for underwriter

Liaise with various HO departments

Set up new policy documents and maintain integrity of files, e-filing.

Basic understanding of project management

Provide remote customer support to field based clients to rectify any issues they may have

Monitor Westgen’s IoT remote monitoring platform for data and unit performance

Engineering degree, technical diploma or equivalent work experience

Comprehensive understanding of wellpad electrical and mechanical operation and typical designs and/or hands-on experience with oil and gas facilities

Previous experience with Acumatica or Spira

Knowledge of English is a requirement due to potential interactions with the Town's citizens.

Post-secondary or equivalent experience required

Completion or working towards a related educational, diploma/degree/accreditation

2 plus years of related experience in administrative and or support function

Excellent technical aptitude with web based and in-house systems and databases, good working knowledge of Microsoft office suite

Need to be confident and comfortable to manage healthy level of autonomy

3-5 years customer service and administrative skills and/or coordination experience

Above average administrative skills and experience in MS office programs e.g. excel

Manage the storage of reports and documentation

Strong communication skills: verbal and written

Strong organizational and problem solving skills

General Knowledge of the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act and Regulations, and Builder Bulletins
