1+ years of relevant experience in project management

1+ years or relevant experience communicating/training operators/plant management staff in plant operations

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and industry trends related to product onboarding, customer education, and applications engineering.

Master of Engineering degree, Professional Engineering designation, or equivalent experience preferred.

Support product & tech teams to provide expertise on treatment segment-specific challenges & feature requirements to solve customer problems.

Experience in the water industry, ideally in water/wastewater treatment

Excellent programming skills for building validation, configuration, and management tools

Experience in cloud and SIM management platforms for LTE business is a plus

3+ years of experience in LTE-M/NB-IoT system engineering, with expertise in LTE-M/NB-IoT modules and base stations

Experience in technical demonstrations to corporate clients

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers

Hands-on experience with LTE network testing tools and software, such as protocol analyzers, test equipment, and RF measurement tools

· Develop client relationships and clearly articulate our technical capabilities.

· Review customer bid package and specifications to ensure supply requirements.

· Related industry or plant layout design experience using AutoCAD (or equivalent cad software) preference.

· Must be personable and have strong communication skills.

· Experience designing or sourcing industrial mezzanines or equipment would be beneficial.

· Collaborate with all engineering departments to find solutions to complex issues as they arise.

o Manage lists of opportunities, accounts and targets, and plan and prioritize to grow business within

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in Mining or Mineral Processing comprising one or more of the following:

· Ability to successfully manage major accounts by confidently interacting at senior and lower levels

· Committed to continuous education and willing to accept mentoring and critical feedback

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including confidence in giving presentations

· Experience with a CRM system a plus
