• Minimum 8 year’s experience as a systems administrator

3-5 years experience in Release management, Capacity management

Lifecycle Management & Knowledge Management

Strong technical & analytical skills in troubleshooting and correlating information. Previous system administrator or IT operational support experience

Experience in IT operational support including being involved in incidents, changes, and root cause investigations

Excellent ability to liaise with business users, IT personnel, and vendors gathering requirements and delivering solutions

5-7 years in an IT operational capacity w/ hands-on experience in application or infrastructure troubleshooting

Review and Approve Change Insurance LOB records to ensure they are in line with Enterprise standards

Verify and approve Firecall Requests for Insurance.

Conduct post incident reviews\lessons learned after resolution.

Create, enhance and update reports using ServiceNow (i.e SLA, Changes not closed.. etc)

Attend numerous meetings representing RBC Insurance IT

You will maintain positive and professional working relationships with investment managers, clients and other Citco offices.

You have a Professional Accounting/Finance designation as this will be considered an asset (CFA, CPA).

You have Product knowledge, Domestic, Global and OTC security markets, Fixed Income and derivative product knowledge.

You have strong customer relationship skills.

You have knowledge of Hedge Funds.

You have ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines.

You have excellent problem solving and analysis skills and knowledge of analytical tools and time management skills;

You have advanced knowledge of monitoring processes and management tools (for example SCCM, Ansible, Ansible Tower);

You have knowledge of documentation management concepts.

Participate in the management of changes and problems when help is required;

You are comfortable with change management;

You demonstrate a good level of knowledge of the Active Directory infrastructure design, troubleshooting and configuration skills;

3-5 years experience in Information Technology, Infrastructure, Risk Management, Software Development, Project Management, and/or Business/Finance.

Hands-on experience and exposure to technology compliance & risk management activities, principles and knowledge

Analyze user needs to determine technical requirements, collaborate and include inputs from cross-functional teams

Inquisitive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and drive to learn

Superior collaboration & communication skills

Experience working in a professional, deadline driven environment an asset

Providing front line support to our staff for desktop issues including remote management, troubleshooting, and resolution.

A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a combination of experience and education.

Working knowledge of deployment of endpoints using InTune and Endpoint Manager.

Desktop deployments using InTune/EndPoint Manager, as well as integrating servers into our existing environment.

Assisting with developing, implementing, and maintaining our requirements for a zero trust environment.

Certifications in Azure Active Directory, Windows Server, and VMWare would be nice to have.
