Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute or similarly recognized organization is desirable.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration and Management related field, or its equivalent professional experience.

The skill and ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects that often have competing timelines and deadlines.

5+ years’ experience of delivering transformational technology projects

• Five years’ experience in Project Management in a construction environment, including on-site experience.

• Experience with project planning and cost management.

• Previous experience working with a General Contractor

• Strong technical building design and construction knowledge.
