Overview A Senior Technical Support Specialist is a highly experienced and knowledgeable individual who provides technical support to customers and clients. They are responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing technical advice, and assisting customers with product installation and configuration. Detailed Job Description A Senior Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to customers and clients. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing technical advice, and assisting customers with product installation and configuration. They must be knowledgeable in a variety of software and hardware products and be able to quickly diagnose and resolve customer issues. They must also be able to communicate technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in technical support
• Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems
• Knowledge of networking and security
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
