Prepare and present program status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.

Experience managing digital solutions, vendor management in healthcare setting

Proficiency in software and digital tools including MS Office, Power BI, project management tools, Sharepoint, Zoom, Doodle, and scheduling systems

Keep up-to-date with OH funding opportunities and manage proposal development

Manage, escalate and report technical issues (front-end and back-end) with vendor

Manage regional front door booking and scheduling system

Develop and manage funding opportunities, including long term sustainability

Knowledge and experience in project management methodology (e.g. PMBOK), digital service design and delivery and agile methodologies;

Extensive project management experience in leading and managing large, complex product/service delivery and/or solution implementation projects;

Applies project management methodologies for initiation, planning, execution, tracking change control, and close-out.

Oversees all aspects of project management including: scope, cost, schedule, issues, risks, procurement, change management, and contractual deliverables.

Experience helping teams to manage outcomes, prioritize work and work to agreed minimum viable product (MVP) scope;

Masters Certificate in Project Management;

Develop and implement change management plans for impacted stakeholder

Lead senior management forums to review and determine strategic direction

Proven track record in program management to drive successful long term change from assessment to completion

Passionate for change management and stakeholders to bring teams through business transformation

Ability to lead senior leadership including exec level through decision making and general stakeholder management

Exemplary analytical skills with the ability to ask insightful questions

Excellent aptitude for data management and organization

Excellent organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks

Coordinates design, planning, and implementation of the Virtual Clinical Care Education project;

Collaborate with the Digital Solutions team (Faculty of Medicine) to develop educational products;

Collaborate with Patient and Community Partnership for Education, student organizations, health services organizations and Indigenous communities to develop and maintain relationships;

Knowledge of the health care system and delivery.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in pharmacy and/or reimbursement space

Prior leadership experience through project ownership or managing teams

Experience managing large datasets in excel

Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Familiarity with CRM platforms such as salesforce

Possess the knowledge, skills and experience to be able to recognize when problems surface or potential problems are looming.

6-10 years of project management experience – preferably from a mortgage or financial services environment

Prepares, maintains, and submits clear and concise activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports.

Owns all management reports on a given engagement.

Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on budget, time and risk.

Manages a large multi-faceted project/account/campaign or multiple projects at the same time.

Develops and implements communication strategies.

Develops comprehensive project plans with input from key partners as required.

Leads the planning and implementation of the project.

Collaboratively executes and monitors all milestones, deliverables, approvals, and sign-offs.

Leads and coordinates activities of project teams to ensure the project progresses on schedule.

Develops and fosters relationships with key internal and external partners required to execute and evaluate the project.

Good knowledge of project management in an international environment

Very good knowledge and demonstrable experience of virtual desktop architectures, technologies and delivery technologies

Recording the requirements of the business departments and implementing the requirements

Responsibility and control of the selection and operation of the virtual desktop environment

Planning and continuous development of the virtual desktop environment

Ensuring the security of the communication infrastructure in close cooperation with the cybersecurity team and service providers

Ensure all resources under management are fully knowledgeable about products and services offered by the RSD Group

Minimum of 5 years+ of experience in the world of Process Safety Management in the processing sector.

Knowledge of Project Management Best Practices.

Knowledge of Process Safety Management and relevant codes and standards (CSA, CCPS, API, ASME etc.

Understand scope, timelines, requirements, and all aspects of a project to be managed as part of handoff from sales team

Allocate resources to tasks on a project based on appropriate skill level and experience

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.

Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all project objectives are met.

Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.

Proven experience managing projects, either in an academic or professional setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

BA/BS degree with 8+ years in a related area or equivalent project management experience

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or target date of when this would be obtained

Execute change control, quality, risk management, and communication.

Proven history of success in a customer-facing Project Management role at all levels

Formal training and/or a Certificate in project management from a university or accredited program is preferred.

Understands the business climate sufficiently to select and execute project management processes and methodology

Knowledge of financial processes and systems, especially budget/cost analysis and financial report generation combined with budget management experience

Experience with Project Management databases (e.g., ENFOS)

Responsible for managing applications, programs, and tools which SGWS Program Managers and vendors/contractors use for project delivery and portfolio management

Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or equivalent

Must have legal authorization to work in Canada on a full-time basis for anyone, not just your current employer

At least three plus (3+) years in an analytical role with business interaction required
