Senior Organizational Development Consultant Jobs

Experience in a consulting environment accountable for providing organizational effectiveness, organization design, change management, strategic planning or program delivery.

Facilitate client workshops and planning meetings around strategy, business planning, organizational effectiveness, and change management.

Experience in working on cross functional teams consisting of members with varied skill levels and expertise.

Masters degree or higher in Business Administration / Management or Organizational Psychology an asset.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create and communicate clear and well considered recommendations.

Demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner.

Manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships across the organization in order to achieve engagement to change. Performance Management Accountabilities

Experience in Organizational Effectiveness or Change Management

Experience in the application of existing and/or change management methodologies and tools

Guide in the development, implementation, and institutionalization of best practices around execution and change management.

Ensure appropriate change management practices are effectively utilized throughout the life cycle to improve execution and delivery of results.

Provide input into performance management discussions of project team members.

Strong organizational skills, project management skills, leadership, interpersonal and customer service skills

Experience in conflict management and collaboration among various stakeholders

Equivalent education may be considered

Engineering certification would be an asset

Demonstrated knowledge of strategic and business planning, with a focus on improved decision-making

Experience designing and conducting projects, and analyzing data and information, to respond to client needs

Excellent project management skills with exceptional attention to detail

3 - 5 years of related experience

University degree related to Human Resources, Equity Studies, Social Sciences or equivalent experience in OD, DEI, HR, Business, or related field

Strong collaboration and consultation skills to develop relationships, lead through influence, and collaborate across various organizational levels and geographies

Ability to manage ambiguous situations and environments across global companies

Experience developing and advancing OD & DEI measurement strategies through meaningful insights to drive data-based decisions across various geographies

Review of current work descriptions and consult with management on proposed new structure.

Investigate and conduct interviews with key personnel to guide knowledge of current roles and responsibilities across job categories.

·Reports and Briefings to Management

Review, updating and drafting of generic work descriptions.

Creation of a developmental planning tool

Must be bilingual or fluent in both official languages to conduct work

Certification or training in adult education, facilitation and change management preferred

Minimum five years' experience providing adult training, facilitation and education within a complex unionized environment

Continually build capabilities of self and others by creating development opportunities for training and coaching in all areas of Organizational Development

Demonstrated current knowledge of organizational development principles, models and philosophies

Demonstrated knowledge of, and commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion and reconciliation

Experience interpreting and embedding organizational strategies and policies

At least 6-8 years of relevant experience in human resources, talent management, workforce planning, and/or org design.

Strong project management, time management and leadership skills.

Provide OD SME on OD initiatives, working with key stakeholders at all skills levels within the organization.

Working experience focused on organization design.

Experience working in a global organization or start-up is considered an asset.

Support OD Manager and OD Specialists on select projects and initiatives.

Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Organizational Development or related position.

Demonstrated knowledge of Organizational Development frameworks and methodologies.

Experience working in a large, complex healthcare organization is an asset.

Advanced presentation skills including ability to synthesize and present to leadership.

Project Management experience is considered an asset.

Advanced knowledge of principles of organizational development, change management, organizational design, adult learning, and process review.

Demonstrated applied knowledge and experience in one or more identified OD specializations:

An experienced learning designer in providing both virtual and in-person learning offerings.

Maintain focus on creating meaningful learning experiences that can be scaled across the enterprise.

An experienced learning designer and facilitator in providing both virtual and in-person learning

Project Management experience is considered an asset.

Advanced knowledge of principles of organizational development, change management, organizational design, adult learning, and process review.
