As ATB's next Senior Organizational Development (OD) Consultant (what we call a Senior OD Specialist within ATB) on our Enterprise Learning team, you will strengthen ATB team members by making it possible now, and in the future. You will progress organizational priorities and strategic initiatives through the design, development and implementation of learning solutions that make a meaningful impact.

Accountabilities Include

• Create tools/resources, learning materials, assessments, with sustainability in mind.
• Maintain focus on creating meaningful learning experiences that can be scaled across the enterprise.
• Evaluate success measures and metrics to report on progress in achieving organizational priorities.
• Solicit feedback on implemented solutions with a drive to continuously improve.
• Conduct analysis to identify gaps between current and end state goals (Needs assessment).
• Discovery
• Conduct external (i.e. Industry trends, best practices, innovative ideas) and internal research (i.e. Data & analytics, existing or archived resources).
• Deliver and implement
• Translate complex ideas into concise and actionable information.
• Design and develop
• Collaborate and liaise with various stakeholders and partners to leverage expertise for solution design.
• Participate in the development and implementation of various initiatives (individually or in a team environment).

Requirements

• Over eight years of proven experience in the development and implementation of complex OD strategies, organizational needs analysis, design and delivery of OD solutions, use of a variety of tools and resources, group facilitation, stakeholder management and process review.
• An experienced learning designer and facilitator in providing both virtual and in-person learning

offerings.

• Project Management experience is considered an asset.

• Demonstrated applied knowledge and experience in one or more identified OD specializations:

Required Skills

• Strong growth mindset, strategic and creative systems thinking.
• Ability to actively engage and collaborate effectively with a one team mindset.
• Strong expertise in using Google suite products, as well as a high comfort level in using a wide range of varying technological platforms and systems.
• Advanced knowledge of principles of organizational development, change management, organizational design, adult learning, and process review.
• Strong ability to research and quickly obtain expertise in a wide variety of topics.
• Strong communication skills including the ability to effectively deliver information across various mediums.
• Resourceful and solutions-oriented with a high-level of self-accountability and autonomy.
