• Having CCIE , F5, Palo Alto, DC and SDWAN qualifications will be an definite plus

• Strong knowledge of networking technologies with new technologies like ACI and DNAC are a plus.

Manage Windows Update deployments and patching using patching software

Manage daily backups using Veeam/Windows

Manage medium to large scale projects and implementations according to budgets and schedules

Provide guidance and mentoring for less experienced members of the team

Change Control: Manage infrastructure changes through Change Control process. Ensure CMDB and all documentation is updated appropriately.

Experience supporting production networks from WAN to LAN.

Excellent knowledge of network security constructs – authentication, firewalls, segmentation, and VLANs.

Experience in regulated manufacturing and OT systems / IoT systems.

Experience configuring and using network monitoring tools

Certification and training from at least two major network equipment providers: HP/Aruba, Cisco/Meraki, Fortigate, Palo Alto.

Support the development and optimization of IT infrastructure and internal processes in local and remote environments with Project Management Teams

Manage, coordinate, and communicate status for incidents and problems from inception to resolution, including root cause analysis

Participate in the annual audit to meet compliance and regulatory requirements

Monitor and report on network and system performance and bandwidth requirements and provide proactive solutions for improvements and problems

Post-secondary education in a related field such as a Degree in Computer Science

- Knowledge of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

- Utilize ITSM processes and procedures such as Incident, Problem, Change, Risk, Configuration and Capacity Management.

- Through the change management process, support, track and document change implementations.

- DevSecOps principles in general and specific tasks such as automating network provisioning and configuration management.

- Evaluate and provide guidance on networking throughput and capacity based on environmental and client requirements.

- Work closely with Project Managers and Implementation Specialists to deliver integrated IT solutions.

Hands-on experience and knowledge of Ericsson AXE/CPP platforms, Ericsson Evo RNC, BSC, gNodeB, eNodeB, NodeB and GSM RBS is required.

Knowledge of 5G NR, LTE, UMTS/HSPA and GSM KPIs, counters, definitions of optimization parameters and their impact on network performance.

Strong knowledge of SAP Business Suite of tools, Ericsson MoShell Scripting, Scripting languages (Perl, Shell, Python) for automation.

Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure (Compute, VMware NSX & Networking), software orchestration & automation

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Perform end to end investigation of faults/cause related to system/network issues
