10+ years relevant hands on downstream processing experience in biological manufacturing industry with a minimum of 5+ years of managerial experience

Good working knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements for products in major markets (such as FDA, EMA, HC, TGA)

Effectively partners with external service providers and provides effective management of third-party risk

Facilitates and/or manages the gathering of functional / business requirements for enterprise-wide BU and IT solution

Coaches program/project managers toward their development; including coaching project management best practices.

Demonstrated skill in the selection, development and engagement of high performing talent; experience managing large teams and complex processes

Manages overall program financials and tracks value for effective decision making

Extensive experience working in governance, risk and compliance methodologies and practices

Manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships across the organization in order to achieve engagement to change. Performance Management Accountabilities

Guide in the development, implementation, and institutionalization of best practices around execution and change management.

Knowledge and understanding of the capital markets

Travel is a requirement of the role

Support and maintain KPI metrics and prepare reports for management regular review

Comply with company safety requirements and perform all tasks in a safe manner

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

Forklift operation experience is an advantage

Experience in biopharmaceutical or GMP environment is preferred

Proficiency in MS Suite; SAP knowledge

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.

Demonstrable experience leading design or innovation methodologies from problem finding and framing to solution development, prototyping, and road mapping for implementation

Execute detailed design of defined experiences working across the service components and visual language

Experience designing new, innovative layouts and designs that scale and flex across different platforms, including web, mobile, presentations, etc.

Experience building products, developing component-based design systems, and adapting brand guidelines to create scalable systems

Experience working with crypto, NFTs, blockchain technology and Web3

Experience designing interactive websites utilizing three.js, WebGL, Unity, GSAP
