Senior Infrastructure Support Specialist Jobs

Manage Microsoft 365, Windows environments, ensure smooth operations.

Industry certifications (Microsoft MCP, MCSA, etc.).

5+ years of MSP or related experience.

Provide timely technical support for diverse IT concerns.

Install software/hardware, even in non-standard setups.

Collaborate on team projects and create user training materials.

Maintain careful and diligent compliance with all relevant change management procedures.

Prepare bulk updates to asset management systems according to SME direction for client execution.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 5+ years infrastructure support and maintenance experience.

Experience with Microsoft platforms admin/support, Active Directory, etc.

Experience with commissioning and support of: supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, leak detection, automation and pipeline operations are preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Communication Management:Draft correspondence on behalf of the Founder, prepare presentations, and act as a point of contact for external stakeholders.

Familiarity with project management tools, such as Asana and Slack

Background or experience in Business Administration or a related field, or the equivalent of 2-5 years of experience and education combined

Executive Support:Proactively manage and prioritize the Founder’s schedule, including personal and business appointments. Anticipate the executive's needs and act accordingly.

Experience with Windows patch management and anti-virus technologies (preferablyCrowdStrike, WSUS, Intune)

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Microsoft Operating Systems and services (Windows

Server 2016-2019), Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, GPO, etc.), Azure Active Directory (Enterprise Applications, Conditional Access) and Intune (Device and Application Management).

Microsoft 365 Administration (Portal for management, Teams, Exchange, etc.).

• Microsoft 365 Defender (Policy management, threat detection, and vulnerability management)

• PMP Certification or Project Experience

Change Control: Manage infrastructure changes through Change Control process. Ensure CMDB and all documentation is updated appropriately.

Experience supporting production networks from WAN to LAN.

Excellent knowledge of network security constructs – authentication, firewalls, segmentation, and VLANs.

Experience in regulated manufacturing and OT systems / IoT systems.

Experience configuring and using network monitoring tools

Certification and training from at least two major network equipment providers: HP/Aruba, Cisco/Meraki, Fortigate, Palo Alto.

Implement robust alerting framework & update management for cloud components

Help plan & drive adoption of Infrastructure-as-code approach to cloud management

Provide technical guidance, advice, and assistance to other members of the team as required, including managed service partners

Work with project & development teams to assess technology and hosting requirements for mission critical systems

Utilize technical knowledge to drive the delivery of scalable & secure infrastructure resources

Ability to work independently, lead projects, and negotiate business requirements against technical constraints

Ensure effective change management discipline is used

Experience or certification with Cloud Computing platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Experience understanding network security authentication and authorization as it relates to network flows and the delivery of applications and services

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in business terms
