Generate data and prepare various reports using SQL query writing, Excel, Tableau as requested by the Manager,Internal Audit.

·Assist the Manager, Internal Audit in completing internal audits determined by the Annual Audit Plan.

Provide support and coordination of risk management activities through collaboration with second line risk and governance teams and Internal Audit.

Support the business in training and guidance on the operational risk and control management framework and methodology.

Diploma or degree in business, economics, finance or other related field or equivalent experience.

Hourly salary from $58/h to $66/h

Demonstrate strong planning, project management and organizational skills

Perform regular follow up with action plan owners to ensure management’s timely completion of remedial action plans

Prepare formal audit/review reports and communicate audit findings and recommendations to all levels of IT Management and leadership clearly and concisely

Undergraduate Degree in an Information Technology related field such as IT Systems, Computer Science, IT Management or Data Analytics.

Experience auditing large enterprise IT implementations with knowledge of project methodologies, risks and controls

Knowledge of service management (ITIL) with previous working experience in process improvements

Ensure application adherence to other information security requirements such as password controls and key management

Experience in information security, or risk management

Experience in standard incident management, problem management and PPM tools

Ensure application adherence to Identity and access management policies of internal and external IT systems

Manage and track application open source vulnerabilities

Attend numerous meetings representing RBC Insurance IT

Experience with gathering requirements as a Business Analyst.

Proficient with test management and defect tracking tools and associated reports

Analyze specific requirements, watching for gaps; they also participate in story creation to ensure that acceptance criteria are sufficiently clear.

5 to 8 years plus of hands-on experience in testing and test coordination.

Proven experience in leading coordination of UAT cycle on business-critical applications.

Financial Product knowledge, Derivatives being a distinct advantage.

Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to prepare and present formal written audit reports to management

Work closely with IT teams, price management teams, marketing teams, sales and operations teams to achieve business objectives

Review corporate policies and procedures according to regulatory requirements

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Analytical skills and ability to summarize and present information
