Audit Analyst Jobs

What will you do?

Schneider Electric is looking for a passionate and independent audit analyst. In this opportunity, you will work with regional and national partners to process transactions while ensuring that business requirements and inquiries are met in a timely manner.

• Organize, plan and execute internal and external audits
• Work closely with IT teams, price management teams, marketing teams, sales and operations teams to achieve business objectives
• Utilize innovative ideas and tools to enhance the operational effectiveness
• Write comprehensive reports and recommendations based on audit findings
• Evaluate and approve customer corrective actions
• Identify and document evidence of compliance and non-compliance
• Perform inspections and audits
• Identify area of improvements to enhance business efficiencies and to reduce risks
• Review corporate policies and procedures according to regulatory requirements
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and patterns, as well as to assess business performance

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Electrical education/experience (asset)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business or in a relevant discipline
• Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to prepare and present formal written audit reports to management
• Analytical skills and ability to summarize and present information
• Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in performing audits of regulated transactions in the electrical sector or in a similar environment
• Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment
• For Quebec-based candidates functional French is required. For candidates from other provinces, French is an asset.
• Accountability for work and attention to detail
