Lease Audit Analyst Jobs

Work collaboratively with Manager, Internal Audit and process owners to solve problems in a practical and efficient way.

Generate data and prepare various reports using SQL query writing, Excel, Tableau as requested by the Manager,Internal Audit.

·Assist the Manager, Internal Audit in completing internal audits determined by the Annual Audit Plan.

• Professional certification(s) related to audit or information risk management such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC, CRISC preferred

• Strong understanding of controls, audit and risk management

• Research, learn, and apply knowledge to keep up with next-generation technologies in the environment and promote credibility with our partners

• Strong Data analysis skills

• 3+ years of Technology Audit, SOX IT Audit or Technology RCSA experience

• Experience with reviewing Processes, identifying risks and mapping controls to the risks.

Provide SAP support for Purchase Orders, Receiving, and Accounts Payable to Supply Chain Management.

Demonstrated progressive experience in analytical and problem-solving skills.

Collaborate on timely financial closes with the finance team each reporting period.

Offer insightful reporting to influence critical business decisions at the senior level.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting preferred.

2-3 years of financial reporting experience; pursuing CPA designation or equivalent.

Provide support and coordination of risk management activities through collaboration with second line risk and governance teams and Internal Audit.

Support the business in training and guidance on the operational risk and control management framework and methodology.

Diploma or degree in business, economics, finance or other related field or equivalent experience.

Hourly salary from $58/h to $66/h

Experience with lease management software

Review and abstract leases into lease management software program; update database as required; ensure data integrity at all times

General administration duties, lease document management and filing

Draft notices to landlords, property managers

Handle various inquiries from landlords and property managers and subtenants, where applicable

Handle annual reconciliations; work directly with property managers to validate costs and ensure calculations adhere to lease terms

Develop and maintain a high level of business knowledge and an understanding of project management principles and methodology

1-2+ years of experience as a Reporting Analyst

Strong working knowledge of MS PowerApps

Streamline and standardize procedures representing the process to mitigate errors, reduce risk, provide consistency

Build effective relationships with key business partners within the assigned portfolio

Analyze the feasibility and impact of new initiatives, process improvements, technical solutions, and/or products/features
