• Professional certification(s) related to audit or information risk management such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC, CRISC preferred

• 3+ years of Technology Audit, SOX IT Audit or Technology RCSA experience

• Experience with reviewing Processes, identifying risks and mapping controls to the risks.

Document IT user procedures around IT Change Management & business user procedures while effectively supporting user training,

Advanced business process and business analysis knowledge as well as financial and business acumen skills,

Exposure and understanding of Application/Database infrastructure setup and management.

Support Project Managers in ongoing initiatives related to the Core Banking Solutions,

Examinations and Audits - Respond to requirement from regulators and auditors to provide appropriate support for information requests.

Exposure and understanding of Oracle DB, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java experience,

Supporting management in the development of remediation plans for control improvements

Providing advice and recommendations to management on risk management, process improvement and internal controls

Assisting in preparing ICFR status updates and monitoring reports to management

Maintaining relationships with management and staff

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business or Accounting

3+ years of experience in IT testing for ICFR, SOX or other compliance programs

Actively monitors change management initiatives and identifies potential risks.

Working knowledge of English and French would be a key asset.

10+ years of experience in financial processes / 7+ years of experience in IT processes.

Experience developing budgets, forecasts, and effectively monitoring them.

Experience and knowledge with all aspects of IT, corporate accounting, internal audit, and financial management.

Present audit findings to senior management, executives, and external auditors.

Provide oversight, direction, and skills development of Senior IT Auditors.

Post-Secondary Education in Accounting or Commerce.

Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls, IT COBIT framework, and COSO internal controls integrated framework.

ERP experience with NetSuite and Workday an asset.
