Senior Analyst Real Estate Financing Jobs in Ontario

Experience with working in the real estate space, asset management experience is an asset

Preparation and review of monthly and quarterly financial statements for internal management and investors

Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or other relevant technical discipline

CPA designated, with 3+ years of relevant experience in the industry

1 to 3 yrs of experience in a related field

Enter client/prospect data into the various BDC applications, ensuring high quality and accuracy.

Maintain an effective diary system for all files and produce accurate monthly reports.

Support BDC strategies to increase online financing and client portal usage.(i.e participate in pilot initiatives for ICT and CG loan financing)

Project planning and management skills.

Plan and manage the entire book of work from projects.

Create mockups and wireframes to better illustrate requirements.

5-8 years of IT business analysis experience

Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Clearly translate requirements for the Development and Quality Assurance teams by responding quickly to design questions or key test cases.

Undertake financial and cost/benefit analysis for Real Estate and Facility Management projects and other initiatives.

Requires a knowledge of real estate and facility management to prepare complex and high value business plans and submissions.

Requires experience in defining work performance and the development of programs and procedures related to real estate and facility management processes.

Carry out real estate and facility management market research/investigations externally to ensure programs and costs are in line with relevant benchmarks.

Prepare and deliver presentations to management, as necessary.

Participate in the development of management or other information systems for Facilities and Real Estate and make recommendations for improvements.

Review monthly financial information provided by investment partners and property management companies

Ownership of the funds’ financial, compliance and operation requirements

Responsible for monthly treasury requirements, including but not limited to capital call requirements

Strong knowledge of ASPE and complex transactions in the Real Estate sector

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
