Senior Analyst Real Estate Financing Jobs in British Columbia

Preparation of financial statements, including management reporting.

Manage the full cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable process.

Manage the annual budget and mid-year reforecast process.

CPA (Canada) with at least 2 years of experience in accounting with progressive, increasing scope and responsibility.

Perform general bookkeeping duties, including posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, preparing trial balances, etc.

Preparation on month end packages for all entities.

Good time management skills and ability to set priorities to meet tight deadlines

2 to 3 years of experience in commercial lending as an account manager in the banking sector

Coach, mentor and share experience and best practices with team members

In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, policies, processes and procedures

Accounting knowledge and ability to analyze financial statements

Review financial statements, complete the financial analysis and evaluate the risk rating

• Excellent time management/organizational skills to simultaneously handle and prioritize multiple projects.

• Help prepare reports on portfolio real estate investment performance and trends for management review

• Strong computer skills, with a good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and typical corporate

• Attend company or industry meetings, on an on-going basis, expanding knowledge necessary to effectively

• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
