Extensive experience and knowledge in dealing with finance and accounting systems and matters, internal control, financial modeling & budgeting, asset management.

Identify, report risk issues where relevant; Support the initiatives of risk mitigation / management

10+ years’ experience in finance analysis/budgeting/forecasting

SAP experience and/or SOX requirement is an asset.

Take lead as a business owner in the development and implementation of related systems for finance & accounting practices

Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills

Strategic assessment of our product mix management opportunities- and develop of initiatives with Sales and Marketing teams to deploy solutions

Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance- preferably in CPG- investment baking or consulting

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills- experience with Tableau / Power BI highly preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Finance- Engineering- Economics- Business or equivalent

Prior Corporate FP&A experience preferred

Experience working cross functionally with all levels of the organization

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in finance domain

Minimum of 3+ years experience with SAP Finance module.

Experience and deep knowledge of SAP technology stack

Candidates with expertise in reporting under Canadian GAAP will be given preference.

Lead the offshore finance and accounting teams, and thoughtfully designing this organization to effectively absorb accounting and finance integration responsibilities.

Minimum of 10+ years of accounting/finance experience, including relevant experience leading the accounting function of a multi-entity international serial acquirer.

Demonstrated ability to work with various levels of management.

Manage all systems and processes related to day-to-day accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and billing.

Partner with finance professionals and offshore teams to ensure financial reporting is completed in a timely manner.

Oversee the integration of acquisitions into the company’s finance infrastructure in an expedient, consistent, and thoughtful manner.

8-10 years of relevant experience within financial services and/or asset management industry

Demonstrated team leadership and people management skills

Manage offshore relationships that assist with stakeholder reporting delivery, by defining requirements, establishing processes, and agreed SLAs.

University Degree, preferably with a focus on Finance or Accounting, or equivalent work experience

3+ years of managerial experience

Lead the Finance efforts towards establishing and continuously monitoring key divisional performance metrics and ensuring linkage to overall corporate strategy.
