Minimum 5 years’ highway dispatch operations experience in the non-asset transportation industry or 3 years' pricing experience.

Experience doing load brokerage and spot quoting.

Experience with large RFP’s is an asset.

Strong knowledge of carrier networks within North America.

Bachelor’s degree required with experience in FMCG/Consumer Products industry in demand/support function (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Revenue Management).

Lead the organization’s growing eco-system of pricing insights & analytics to ensure organizational revenue management excellence;

Drive strategic revenue management as a core organizational capability by helping embed core principles into the business;

Systems knowledge of syndicated data services such as Nielsen or IRI
