Review all plans and documents related to the project

Participate in service review meeting with internal security management and Operations Manager and take a lead role in addressing client concerns.

Manage and supervise site security officers and ensure guidelines and security standards are adhered to.

At least 1 year of security experience in a shift lead or supervisor capacity

Train and mentor officers on site duties and protocols, as well as site conduct, deportment, reporting procedures, and company policy/procedures.

Conduct regular safety inspections, maintaining records and preparing incident reports and other documentation.

Relevant certifications in construction safety and project management.

A degree or diploma in construction management or a related field.

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in low-rise residential construction projects.

In-depth knowledge of low-rise construction methods, materials, and best practices.

Have experience with load bearing steel stud, structural steel erection and welding

Be knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and MS Projects

Be self-motivated, able to manage multiple tasks, and prioritize to meet deadlines.

Manage tools and material inventory

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Working knowledge of Tracktic, SSIRS and WinTeam an asset.

Contacting management in situations not covered by Post Orders.

Have lived in Canada for a minimum of 5 years due to clearance requirements

Minimum 3 years security experience

3-5 years of Security industry experience required.

OFA 2 certification is required.

Engineering degree/College Diploma or satisfactory combination of training and experience

Working knowledge of Tracktik as an asset.

Responsible for ensuring the Security team delivers an excellent customer service environment.

Follow up and solve customer/client concerns and queries as well as make recommendations to improve security policies.

Accept after-hours' phone calls and will be the site officer's first point of contact
