Strong problem solving and critical situation handling skills.

Experience in the financial services environment, ideally with SAP solutions is a plus.

Working to help qualify and close deals from a technical requirements perspective with Sales and development partners/agencies

Engaging with clients through requirements discovery and strategic consulting sessions

Hands-on skills of Front-End web development (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Liquid)

Strong API knowledge (REST and GraphQL) for enterprise integrations.

Knowledge of incident and problem management methodologies, with experience in implementing effective processes for issue resolution and root cause analysis.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and support management, with a focus on post-deployment product operations.

Manage day-to-day IT operations internally. This includes license and vendor management, helping with audits, SOPs creation, device management, etc.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.

ITIL certification is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement.

3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a professional environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills, high sense of ownership and urgency, good judgment, and a solid drive to innovate for customers.

Strong knowledge of RDBMS databases.

Professional experience with Java & Spring Boot is necessary for this role.

Experience with event streaming and Apache Kafka.

Experience building large-scale systems on AWS platform in a cross-functional environment.
