Senior C++ Engineer key responsibilities

Applying your expertise to unravel and solve complex implementation challenges by making the appropriate technical decisions.

Playing a crucial role in our software's functionality and reliability, identifying and permanently fixing bugs and defects.

Familiarity with Ansible (or similar) configuration management

Risk Assessment experience a benefit (would need to know the bow-tie methodology)

Ability to work in an OS-agnostic user support role, supporting Security and Compliance software stack requirements

Knowledge of best-practice configuration and assessment for SSH, TLS

Experience with the use of Git, Keybase, PGP, TLS, SSH

Experience with packet capture and packet analysis

Endlessly debating functional requirements or feature priorities; these are well defined, in small increments

Minimum 5 years of experience developing mobile applications

Experience with the following cross-platform app development frameworks: React Native.

Architect and implement features as per detailed product specs and high-fidelity designs

Growing your product knowledge, in breadth and depth

At least 4 total years of experience in a technical customer support or entry-level engineering role

Application Support Engineer Key Responsibilities

Impressing customers by solving complex or new problems

Digging deep to discover the root causes and solutions of issues - exploring source code, databases, logs, and traces

Answering the same questions over and over again

Previous experience in support organizations and ticket management.

Experience with customer and stakeholder management.

Working with customer on overall ticket management & metrics including dashboards, reports, presentations, and any supporting documentation.

Supporting customers with resolution guidance in your area of expertise and deliver consistently high-quality customer experience.

Strong problem solving and critical situation handling skills.

Experience in the financial services environment, ideally with SAP solutions is a plus.
