4+ years of experience in a Revenue, Sales or Business Operations role in SaaS.

3+ years of experience working as an administrator within a CRM (Salesforce Sales Cloud preferred)

Experience with a large tech stack and technical ability to optimize systems integrations

A holistic thinker, able to manage multiple objectives/assignments while supporting initiatives across several cross-functional teams

Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology to accomplish work

Engage team members in inventory management by creating a fun and productive atmosphere for the shift.

Proactively plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Manage labeling artwork design, proofreading, and finalization processes to ensure error-free and high-quality labels.

Develop and implement labeling strategies, policies, and procedures to meet regulatory requirements and project timelines.

Experience working cross-functionally with product management and technology teams required

Experience with project management tools and Smartsheet and Jira an asset

Ability to organize, set priorities and manage multiple projects on tight deadlines

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proven experience in marketing and/or operations management, with at least 2 years overseeing remote teams.

Preparation, tracking, and distribution of site start up documentation including Investigator Site File

Identifying infrastructure requirements to support the business when introducing new program incentives and goals

Contributing to the overall Shopify partner experience, including infrastructures changes to the partner portal

Experience operationalizing referral/reseller partner programs, and implementing successful change with global business processes

Practical go-to-market experience with a deep understanding of the experiences had with typical users of CRM & PRM tools

Experience establishing and executing repeatable processes at scale (i.e driving automation or standardization)
