Manage, administer, and maintain Salesforce (Sales Cloud)

Develop, manage, and launch new processes, workflows, and automation that drive the efficiency of our GTM teams

4+ years of experience in a Revenue, Sales or Business Operations role in SaaS.

3+ years of experience working as an administrator within a CRM (Salesforce Sales Cloud preferred)

Experience with a large tech stack and technical ability to optimize systems integrations

A holistic thinker, able to manage multiple objectives/assignments while supporting initiatives across several cross-functional teams

8 + years of experience with progressive responsibilities in oil and gas operations or maintenance

Experience with maintenance planning and scheduling

Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills along with strong listening skills

Provide expert-level troubleshooting and pigging support, effectively manage both remote control operations and manual overrides

5 years of relevant experience, demonstrating progressive responsibilities in production operations, preferably within the Energy industry

Prior experience with remote operations is preferred

Competent knowledge of PVR, SCADA and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, PI Vision, and Teams)

Possess current H2S, First Aid, WHMIS and TDG certificates, support will be provided to attain these requirements if needed

Work order planning and scheduling. Master scheduling all daily activities and resources in the field, assisting with crew management

Excellent knowledge of process, and troubleshooting skills.

PVR data entry and test schedules

Assure alarms and events are managed and responded to in a timely and prioritized manner

5+ years’ experience in oil and gas working in operations/maintenance

Excellent computer skills, able to work with VT Scada, Excel, Word and PVR.
