Overview A Regional Human Resources Representative is responsible for providing human resources support to a specific geographic region. This includes recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing employees, as well as managing employee relations, benefits, and compensation. The Regional Human Resources Representative is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Detailed Job Description The Regional Human Resources Representative is responsible for providing human resources support to a specific geographic region. This includes recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing employees, as well as managing employee relations, benefits, and compensation. The Regional Human Resources Representative is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Regional Human Resources Representative will work closely with the Human Resources Manager and other Human Resources staff to ensure the effective delivery of Human Resources services. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources
• Professional Human Resources certification (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes
• Knowledge of employee relations, benefits, and compensation
• Knowledge of training and development processes
Job Experience
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and training employees
• Experience in managing employee relations, benefits, and compensation
• Experience in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
