Database management tools – MS SQL/MySQL.

Develop test plans and test cases aiming to cover all requirements and improve the overall quality of the applications.

Ensures appropriate quality processes / controls to meet product quality requirements and standards

Identify product quality requirements, potential risk areas, and ensuring appropriate measures are in place

Ensure Customer Quality requirements are championed within the organization by investigating, resolving and documenting customer quality complaints/concerns and internal/external quality issues

Experience creating detailed test cases in a test management tool such as TestRail or Zephyr

Experience using JIRA to manage workload including but not limited to creating bugs, reviewing user stories, and creating tickets

Work collaboratively with developers, product managers, and customers to ensure our products are the best they can be

Work as an integrated member of a fully remote, cross-functional Scrum team

Manage internal and external bugs and effectively triage them with respective team members

Proven track record with 1+ years of experience testing SaaS products or related field

·Demonstrated team leadership and management experience.

·Demonstrated experience in the natural health products or pharmaceutical industry.

·Thorough understanding of NNHP regulations, cGMP requirements

The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for:

o Creation of test cases, corner cases and perform the Failure Mode Effects Analysis

Knowledge of Quality Management System - IATF 16949 standard

Create/revise inspection sheets and ensure that they meet customer requirements.

Participates in and verification of measurement systems to suit specific product requirements.

Experience in problem solving / process improvement techniques would be an asset.

8+ years experience in Quality Assurance engineering, team management, and collaboration.

Complete knowledge of agile software development and project management methodologies and processes.

Review development plans, process procedures, test procedures, and quality manuals to understand the features' scope, requirements, and function.

Ensuring that products meet the organization's and customers' quality and product integrity requirements.

Developing and executing test plans and detailed test cases based on requirements and customer feedback and prioritization.

Documenting results; offering observations or improvements after test results and overall product quality analysis.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field

Familiarity with relevant quality management standards and industry-specific regulations

Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer, preferably in an electrocoat or surface finishing industry

Strong understanding of electrocoat process

Proficiency in using quality tools such as control charts, Pareto analysis, and root cause analysis techniques

Experience in Quality Assurance, involving both manual testing and writing automated tests.

Strong scripting skills in Python

Experience with automated testing tools.

Conduct vulnerability assessments to identify potential weaknesses in software applications.

Develop comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.

Perform manual testing of software applications to ensure functionality and reliability.
