• Interface with Customer Experience, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, Engineering, Suppliers, Dealerships

Experience with VOIP / VOIP apps

Experience with developing mobile apps

Experience testing APIs (REST, GRPC)

Contribute to the quality of team deliverables

Coordinate the execution of test cases for functional and regression test objectives.

Identify high risk and key test areas that require focused attention

o Management of defect reports and tracking, communicating to appropriate teams and management

Experience with CAN is required Experience with connected service is preferred.

This is work experience and does not include internships/research projects/school projects, etc.

• Maintain test plans based on defect tracking and new requirement specifications

The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for:

o Creation of test cases, corner cases and perform the Failure Mode Effects Analysis

Knowledge of Quality Management System - IATF 16949 standard

Create/revise inspection sheets and ensure that they meet customer requirements.

Participates in and verification of measurement systems to suit specific product requirements.

Experience in problem solving / process improvement techniques would be an asset.

Comply with all Company safety policies, procedures and rules.

Participate and lead as required in the sample submission process (PPAP).

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field

Familiarity with relevant quality management standards and industry-specific regulations

Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer, preferably in an electrocoat or surface finishing industry

Strong understanding of electrocoat process

Proficiency in using quality tools such as control charts, Pareto analysis, and root cause analysis techniques

1 - 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment required.

Certification as an CQE would be an asset.

Proficient in and learning of Business Operating Systems (i.e. IATF16949, IMDS, QSI, Supply Web, Customer Requirements, Trans4M etc.).

Knowledge of various processes (i.e. moulding, coating, assembly etc.) and basic concepts of design output, metrology and instrumentation.

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

Own/lead all Plant Quality containment activities (internal and/or external). Ensure adherence to Policies/Procedures/JES (IATF, Job Element Sheets).

5+ years of hands-on experience with automation: writing automation, working with a framework, etc.

Participate in all Agile ceremonies for Team.

Help lead test automation effort, advocating for automation and contributes to framework design and suggests process improvements.

Work with various areas of the business, grasp their processes and learn how they work together.

Understand complex problems, develops solutions and can communicate to both people inside and outside of their team.

Use and modifies existing libraries / tools for automation testing.

The Quality Plant Engineering leader is direct report to the ENG/FQM and dotted line with Quality Plant Engineering Manager.

Minimum of 8 years of related experience

Previous experience in Engineering Department, Vehicle/mechanic Plant or Project team

Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal from High Level Meetings down to the Shop Floor

He leads the quality plant engineering team in charge of his perimeter.

Knowledge of various Linux filesystems and network management.

Strong computer skills and comfort level with technology and software release management

Expertise in ALM (Must) settings and techniques, bug triaging, source control, test case design and release management.

Proficiency in developing stable and maintainable automation frameworks and test data management systems in a shared environment.

Knowledge of test strategy, planning, execution, and analysis (Must)

Experienced with integration and automation testing planning, coordination, and execution (Must)

Exceptional organizational abilities with task prioritization, multi-tasking, use of timelines and time management techniques.

Demonstrated organizational skills with strong oral and written communication abilities.

Manage supplier base for all purchased components

Manage suppliers PPAP’s, quality, chargebacks and facilitate supplier development

Knowledge of AIAG APQP process with basic knowledge of Injection Molding process.

Strong leadership abilities, able to lead effective meetings.

• Training, knowledge, and experience with PPAP, GD&T (WP1)

• Must be available for overtime to support operations as required or directed by Management.

Improve production capabilities and operation through process engineering projects

Manages the ISO 9001 & 140001 systems and develops/executes plans and projects that support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement activities

Associates Degree or related quality experience with manufacturing

1+ years quality related experience ideally within manufacturing

Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

4-year college degree related to Computer Science or Engineering or similar work experience in similar environment.
