About The Role
As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you’ll be responsible for automating and improving the testing framework and procedure following the test strategy & test plan. The Software Quality Assurance Engineer will work with the client development team to design, improve, and implement the test framework for both application and platform-based software.
Responsibilities

• Collaborate with others.
• Actively participate in the agile development process
• Identify high risk and key test areas that require focused attention
• Strive for excellence and quality in everything you do
• Develop test plans
• Contribute to the accurate and effective documentation of bug reports
• Provide feedback concerning completeness, accuracy, and testability of specifications such as user stories
• Investigate difficult technical issues and deliver timely results
• Coordinate the execution of test cases for functional and regression test objectives.
• Contribute to the quality of team deliverables
• Develop and maintain new feature test cases

Qualifications

• Experience testing mobile applications
• Gathering feedback from test runs and building reports
• 5 years QA experience
• Experience writing/distributing test plans
• OCD-level attention to detail when it comes to design / UX

Nice To Haves

• Experience with developing mobile apps
• Experience automating tests
• Experience with VOIP / VOIP apps
• Experience testing APIs (REST, GRPC)
