Promotions Specialist Jobs

Participate in special projects in collaboration with the various teams in Quebec (marketing, marketing, finance, etc.) or nationally.

You have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or another related field, combined with 2 years of relevant experience;

You have in-depth knowledge in Excel

Integrate complex promotion data into the system;

Analyze data issues related to complex promotions and collaborate with the merchandising and marketing teams to resolve them;

Review upcoming promotions daily, verify the accuracy of data in the system and correct errors if necessary;

Proficiency with marketing tools and software for campaign management and data analysis including (Hootsuite, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Mailchimp, SurveyMonkey)

1-3 years experience in a trade marketing role, preferably in media or advertising industry

Excellent communication skills - written and verbal communication

Strong analytical skills to evaluate market and audience data

Experience managing multiple projects from start to finish

Assist with the coordination of key internal and external events including programming launches, thematic events, seminars, conferences, trade shows, meetings, etc.

Knowledge of content management systems an asset

Manage and execute on the various elements of our promotional partnerships and commitments to continue and to create community relationships

Update and distribute weekly events/remote listing

Co-ordinate logistics, set up and staffing for sales promotion remotes and live broadcasts and community events

1 – 2 years experience in promotion, communication and/or event planning

Training through a broadcast technology program or direct experience in broadcast industry an asset

Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, vendor management, and equipment setup

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and event management software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Previous experience in event planning or promotions is a plus, but not required

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events and activities

Meet with current and prospective customers regularly and create meaningful brand experiences that emphasize our loyalty, professionalism, and integrity

Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence
